Access controls can be set on specific volumes within a storage system. Access pools are the pools that contain these specific volumes.

A read-only user can view access pools, but you must use a PIN to edit properties.
Steps

Select the storage system (does not apply to storage systems running
PowerMaxOS 10 (6079)).

To enable active management, enter your Access Control PIN:
View access controls

Use the Access Pools list view to display and manage access pools on the storage system. Select a storage system ID from the drop-down list.
The following properties display:

Name of the pool.

| Number of Volumes
|
Number of volumes in the pool.

| Number of Access Control Entries
|
Number of access control entries.
